Flux Mental Health Short Film

This experimental short is a visual meditation on mental health—how it’s spoken about, misunderstood, and lived with. The film weaves together global insights from the World Health Organization with the powerful words of Winston Churchill and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., grounding the piece in both research and humanity.

Through abstract imagery and intentional pacing, the film reflects the weight of internal battles while also honoring resilience, hope, and collective healing. It doesn’t tell viewers what to feel—it gives them room to feel it.

I worked as a Production Assistant on this project, collaborating closely with the team to support production, storytelling, and execution from behind the scenes.
